Our DVDs and books ship from France, Canada and the US. Our estimated delivery date for your order is thus based on your shipping address, the current stock we have, and where the item is shipping from. For France, European Union, Canada and the US, you should receive your order within 5 to 7 business days after the date of purchase. For all other countries, it may take up to 7 to 14 business days.
If you have not received your item after the estimated delivery time, please contact us with the date of purchase, the name of the item purchased, and the shipping address used.
Books and DVDs are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If the item is incorrect, damaged or faulty, a replacement item will be shipped to you at no charge within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please send your return request using our contact form.
